Back to Career and Technical Education

Students learn the latest techniques in hair, nail, and skincare in a modern, fully-equipped classroom salon. Advanced students apply their skills in our salon environment. Students who complete 1,000 hours and pass the course will be eligible to take the New York State Licensing exam. A cosmetology license allows students to practice all aspects of hair, skin, and nail care. A Barbering Program is available and integrated into the Cosmetology Program curriculum.
