The Caledonia-Mumford CSD is seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable leaders committed to developing excellence in education for the Caledonia-Mumford community. Candidates for the superintendency position must: 

• Hold NYS Certification as a School Administrator or School Building Leader.

• Be committed to establishing a positive school environment focusing on students' academic, social, and emotional development.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

• Have a reputation as being firm and fair.

• Have successful experience supervising faculty in teaching, curriculum, and instructional planning.

• Demonstrate compassion, integrity, and concern.

• Willingness to maintain a consistently strong presence in the District's school buildings and a commitment to be the face and voice of the entire school community
